| Persons formerly assigned to the 19th Bombardment Group, 19th Bombardment wing, and all assigned or attached units. | Persons
who are direct descendants of former members of the above units
or persons with an avid interest in associating with the group. |
Awarded
to spouses of former members. It may also be awarded by the board
of directors to persons nominated in recognition of their support/accomplishments. |
