93rd Squadron
Organized as 93rd Aeronautical Squadron on 21 April 1917, the 93rd Bombardment Squadron saw action in World War I as part of a "Pursuit Squadron." It was comprised of the famous LaFayette Escadrillo. Action was seen by the 93rd Squadron at St. Mihiol, and in the Argonne Forest. After the war the Squadron was deactivated and the next record of the 93rd is as a part of the 19th Bombardment Group. The Squadron was eventually deactivated on 1 Feb 1963.
